Mary creates and implements unique marketing programs focused on optimizing the effectiveness of a client’s most
valuable assets – its people. With nearly 20 years of experience as a marketing
professional, investment banker and commercial lender and, Mary has spent her career articulating the competitive advantages
of professional service providers.
Mary
believes that everyone can be inspired to market professional services successfully if they are supported by the corporate
culture and are provided with the appropriate tools and training. She performs
extensive due diligence of a client’s competitive advantages and weaknesses from a marketing perspective, then works
closely with senior management to establish a realistic marketing plan that incorporates the contributions of every team member.
Mary is very active in the business community. She is Immediate Past President of the Los Angeles Chapter of
the Association for Corporate Growth, a global not-for-profit organization dedicated to fostering sound corporate growth,
high quality performance and increased corporate value. She also is an active member of the Professionals Network Group
and of The Treehouse Group, previously associated with The Executive Committee (TEC).
Prior
to founding PMI, Mary was responsible for expanding the marketing department for a regional business valuation firm.
Previously, she was involved in business development and transaction fulfillment for Goldman Sachs, Chase Manhattan Bank,
Imperial Bank and FINOVA Capital.
Mary
earned her MBA in Entrepreneurial finance from The Anderson School at UCLA and her BA in Economics
from Stanford University.
A native Californian who survived two tours-of-duty on Wall Street, Mary loves living in Pacific Palisades with her
husband and daughter. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the great outdoors
– SCUBA diving, skiing, hiking and taking a lot of bad swings during a nice walk on the golf course.
